OSB EGGER

We use only high-quality slabs of the EGGER Austrian concern for the manufacture of SIP-panels.

OSB – orient strand board consists of 3-4 layers of wood chips glued with different resins with the addition of synthetic wax and boric acid.

The orientation of the chips in the layers of the board is longitudinal in the outer layers and transverse in the inner layers.

NEOPOR BASF

New generation thermal insulation from the BASF NEOPOR German company is produced on the basis of styrene, in the structure of which the elements of graphite are added. Has the international certificate of enviromental friendliness GREENGUARD Gold, confirming that the thermal insulation does not affect the structure and quality of air in the premises

Wooden I-Beam is in equal strength to Metal and concrete. It can withstand 1600 kg/m2 of load

1. Set of starting bar 30×150 mm, finishing bar 30×150 mm and 30×174 mm.
2. House builder: SIP wall panels 174 mm (OSB-3, 2×12 mm, class E1, EGGER NEOPOR insulation, BASF Germany), reinforced with 40×150 mm, 60×150 mm beam and thermal inserts 80×150 mm.
