A useful quote starts with the details of your home, not a made-up price per window.
Window size, opening style, frame material, glazing specification, access and installation work can all affect a quotation. A bay window or unusual opening may need a different approach from a standard casement.
Ask for a written specification that identifies what is included: removal, disposal, finishing, ventilation and any necessary making-good. Comparing like-for-like specifications is more meaningful than comparing headline prices alone.
